Product Design Manager & Design Lead
I manage a team of product designers and lead design on client projects. My design strategy is user centric and research focused.
I designed and implemented an adaptive career progression framework to allow the team to self-assess and to allow for productive reviews and 121's. This enabled more awareness of skills amongst the team, and for us to identify opportunities for learning and growth.
I am part of driving internal initiatives to mature the organisation’s value proposition. I took part in redefining Novoda's approach to projects by proposing we take a strategical stance in the projects we pitch by increasing R&D time and collaborating with the client on how we can ensure success with the structure of the product team and how we define the product. I am an advocate for cross-discipline collaboration and inclusion.

Senior Product Designer
Leading design in Coople's Innovation team and the founding designer of the product team. I worked between London, Zurich and Minsk to collaborate with designers, engineers and product managers. I created, maintained and advocated a holistic design across all platforms (Web, iOS, Android). I evolved a transparent design processes for consistency throughout the brand.
I participated in roadmap scope, research, user testing, and prototyping.
I defined and improved the user experience for customers, based on direct feedback and test sessions.
Supporting product launch in the UK, and product relaunch, rebranding and migration in Switzerland.

Product Design Lead
A side project which led to a role as design lead for product team building a iOS hyperlocal news application. Responsible for the design lifecycle, from concept to execution. Managed the development team to support transparency and communication to ensure business and development targets were met.
Worked on a business plan and pitch deck that led to a successful crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs, raising 160% of our target. Led the team to secure a place at Capital Factory, working alongside industry leaders in Austin, Texas.
